Reviews How to Never Look Fat Again: Over 1,000 Ways to Dress Thinner--Without Dieting! (Hardcover)

I purchased this book at my local Borders and read it cover to cover. It spoke directly to me as I'm ample busted with out of shape thighs and a menopot belly. Although well written, the information in the book doesn't jump out at you all at once. I feel I could re-read this book and learn even more.

I appreciate the thought and effort that the author put into writing this book. She appears to have struggled with body image issues and is on a mission to share what she's learned. Her "Come To Jesus" moments regarding not being able to eat like she was 20 and the helpful exercise and eating tips sprinkled throughout the book are thought provoking and realistic.

I like that the information in book is broken out by body issues. Got big thighs? No problem, as there is great advice on what to/what not to wear along with before/after pictures of normal looking women with the same body issue.

I'm looking forward to revamping my look and wardrobe using the suggestions that are given in this book. I don't feel the new look will require a lot of money either. If you are interested in looking the best you can, this book is a good purchase.

I hope the next book by this author is how to create a stylish and afforable wardrobe for women in their 40's and beyond.
